Steamboat Shores is a family-friendly community located off of Lake Fork Texas. The lake holds title to the largest bass caught in Texas.
Steamboat Shores is a restricted subdivision for property owners only. The Association does not sell or lease property within its boundaries. Anyone buying property in this subdivision should check with the Office, to see if there are any outstanding balances on the property. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the association with all the information needed to set the account up in the computer.

Steamboat Shores has no liability regarding the buying and selling of any lots. All arrangements should be handled by the parties involved. Once sale has been completed it is the buyer and seller's responsibility to notify the Office at 903-473-4314.

Former president Jim Bathe has taken over as president.

We will have a special election in January 11, 2010 to fill the seat of President; 1st Vice-President and 2nd Vice-President. Our current 1st vice-president is NOT seeking re-election to this position. 

Membership dues will be due January 01. 2010, dues are $200.00 if paid by February 28th. If not paid by then, a $25.00 late charge will be added unless arrangements have been made with the office.
